Last post of April

I can't believe it's the last day of April already. I'm sorry I don't have any pics to post today. I did finish something but I have just blocked it and I am scared to move it until it is dry....LOL

What I am going to do on the last day of every month is list total of everything that I have crocheted over the month and then a final total. I do keep a list every month in a notebook anyways.

This is the package that I received from the Au Naturale Yarn swap at Crochetville. I love the Alpaca. It is just so soft. I can't wait to have a bath to try out the bath thingys.
Oh, the cat's hind feet were not included.....it is almost impossible to take a pic of anything without some part of an animal in it in this house....LOL

I have started edging squares for Blanket #9 and I hope to get that one done by the end of the weekend. I have been working alot on the property for the past few days and will post pics tomorrow of my accomplishments. I'd do it now but it's dark....LOL

The final Travelling Hook III squares

Here are the final two squares for the Travelling Hook III. I have quite enjoyed working with this hook as I know many others will.

I purchased this beautiful bamboo on Ebay.

Aren't the colours gorgeous? It was mailed out to me on Monday and I received it today....woohoo!!!!




I think I will make scarves for abuse victims out of this...or not. Not quite sure yet....I will have to think about it some more.

I didn't get any squares done today with the Travelling Hook III. I did get a lot of yard work done though. Which is good because the property really needs some TLC.
